Bankpeptide provides long peptide synthesis service within the length of 150 amino acids. When peptide sequence is too long, it often appears that lack of residues, difficulty of condensation of amino acids and so on in the process of peptide synthesis.
We have developed three schemes which effectively improve reaction on base of these problems.
1.Microwave synthesis: for some amino acids hard to condensate in the process of synthesis, we used microwave synthesis which is a significant effect method and greatly reduced the reaction time.
2. Fragment synthesis method: when it is difficult to synthesize certain peptides with conventional synthesis method, we will also synthesize a few amino acids as a fragment, then as a whole condensate to the peptide chain. This method can solve many problems existing in the synthesis.
3.Hydrazine synthesis: A synthesis method to connect the peptides through forming amide bond with selective chemical reaction between N-terminal Cys peptide and C-terminal peptide acyl hydrazine
in the solid phase synthesis.According to the position of Cys in peptide, we divide the entire peptide chain into a plurality of sequences to synthesize separately, eventually to obtain the target peptide using liquid phase condensation reaction,which significantly improves the purity of the final product, widely used in the synthesis of long peptide containing Cys .
